Before you ask

The questions most buyers start with.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard products start from 1 unit for evaluation; OEM/ODM projects typically start at 100 pcs. Pilot runs are welcome.

How long is the lead time?

In-stock items ship in 3–7 days. OEM orders: 2–4 weeks depending on customization — with our own SMT lines and mold factory, tooling and iteration stay fast. Exact dates are confirmed with your quote.

Do you support prototype to mass production?

Yes — that's our core model. In-house design and R&D teams, SMT placement and our own mold factory support a one-stop service: from first prototype through certification to mass production, for smart home, LED display, security, kiosk, e-paper and vending products.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes, samples are available for evaluation. Sample cost and shipping fee are charged; sample cost may be refundable when bulk order reaches a certain quantity. Sample lead time is 7–15 days, depends on customization.

What are your payment terms?

We accept T/T bank transfer. Standard terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. L/C can be discussed for large long-term orders.

What certifications do your products support?

Our products support CE, FCC, RoHS. We can also help complete other target-market certifications for OEM/ODM projects. Certification cost and lead time will be quoted separately.

What is your hardware warranty?

Standard hardware warranty is 12 months from shipment date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from improper installation, misuse or normal wear. We provide spare parts and remote technical support after sales.
